Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Melt butter over low heat, add sugar and whisk together until thick and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer to mixing bowl. Beat in cocoa, salt, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs.
Stir in flour, then add chocolate chips.
Bake in a greased 9x13 dish for 30 minutes.
