Bump-off Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Melt butter over low heat, add sugar and whisk together until thick and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer to mixing bowl. Beat in cocoa, salt, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs.
  • Stir in flour, then add chocolate chips.
  • Bake in a greased 9x13 dish for 30 minutes.
